Thekla Ehling
Thekla Ehling was born in Bielefeld. After training as a bookbinder, she studied photography at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Dortmund and at the College of Fine Art in Limerick, Ireland. Her photo books "Sommerherz" and "Vergizsmeinnicht" have been published by Kehrer Verlag, Heidelberg. She works for magazines in Germany and abroad and is represented by the Galerie Robert Morat in Berlin and the agency Focus in Hamburg. In 2014 she co-founded The PhotoBookMuseum in Cologne. Since 2017 she has been a lecturer at the universities in Hanover and Dortmund. Thekla Ehling lives in Cologne.

Nina Poppe
Nina Poppe lives as a freelance photographer and filmmaker in Cologne. She studied at the Utrecht Art Academy and at the KHM. In addition to her own artistic work, in which she pursues a documentary-experimental approach in short films and photographic projects, she initiates and supervises numerous exhibition projects with a specialization in photo books.

Victoria Jung
Victoria Jung lives and works as a freelance documentary and portrait photographer in the city triangle of Dortmund, Cologne and Mainz. She is also studying for her Master's degree in photography at the FH Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts. 
In addition to her portrait column in DIE ZEIT, she has so far focused on sub and youth cultures in her freelance work and is currently working in this direction with a focus on "empowerment" of young women.

Josh Kern
Josh Kern was born in Kaiserslautern in 1993. He is currently studying at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts and is working towards his Bachelor's degree in photography. For 5 years he has been photographing an ongoing project about his friends, which was published as a book at the end of 2018, "dienacht Publishing" (Fuck Me). At the moment he is working on his second book "Love Me", which will soon be published by "Eigensinn".

Jan Schmolling
Jan Schmolling was born in Prague, studied Social and Business Communication at the Berlin University of the Arts and works at the German Children and Youth Film Centre in Remscheid. Here he is responsible for the areas of photography and education as well as for the conception of the German Youth Photo Award.

Inga Schneider
Inga Schneider lives and works as a freelance cultural worker in the field of photography in Cologne. Inga Schneider has been working for the Photoszene Köln since 2013. In addition to the Artist Meets Archive Program, she is responsible for the mediation services for children and young people: Photoszene KIDS and the Junge Photoszene. She is interested in teaching artistic photography to the youngest.
